Description

Are you a client-focused Insolvency Practitioner looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our Lead Insolvency Practitioner and help develop our growing team.

Department: Restructuring

Location: Bristol or Bath (preferably based in either city)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise individuals and businesses facing financial distress, ensuring compliance with UK insolvency laws.
  • Administer insolvency processes (CVAs, CVLs, administration, IVAs, bankruptcies).
  • Negotiate with creditors and manage fund distributions.
  • Ensure compliance with UK insolvency regulations.
  • Investigate director conduct and wrongful trading.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their development.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Qualified JIEB and licensed by a recognised Insolvency Licensing Body.
  • At least five years’ experience in insolvency or financial restructuring.
  • Strong financial and legal knowledge in insolvency matters.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly to meet client needs.
