eNL is seeking an experienced Insolvency Partner to lead and develop its Birmingham practice for a national law firm. The role requires a strong reputation, a portable client following and the drive to build new opportunities.
The candidate will handle a broad range of insolvency work, including contentious and non-contentious matters, with a view to expanding the firm’s presence in the region and leveraging a national platform.

This is a strategic hire for a firm looking to further strengthen and grow its insolvency offering in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be an established insolvency specialist with a strong reputation in the market, an existing client following and the commercial drive to develop new opportunities.
You will play a key role in developing the firm's insolvency practice, acting for a broad range of clients including insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, shareholders, companies, creditors and other stakeholders.
