Overview

Insolvency Manager – My client, a leading Top 50+50 accountancy firm with 300+ staff across 16 offices, is looking for an Insolvency Manager to join one of their offices: Plymouth, Exeter, Weston Super Mare, Tiverton, Okehampton or Somerton.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases from start to finish.
• Supervise and develop junior team members.
• Maintain strong relationships with directors, creditors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and best practice.
• Support Partners with business development and department growth.

Qualifications

• CPI or JIEB qualified (or ACA/ACCA with strong insolvency experience).
• Proven track record managing insolvency cases (CVLs, administrations, bankruptcies etc.).
• Experience supervising staff in a practice or specialist insolvency firm.
• Strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
