Job Description:

We are currently working with a global firm in their search for an Insolvency Lawyer to join their team for a 6-month assignment to cover a period of leave. The role is based in their London office, with two days per week in the office, starting in Autumn. Applications will be reviewed and interviews conducted as soon as possible.

The team advises insolvency practitioners, private equity houses, banks, pension schemes, asset-based lenders, corporate entities, debtors, creditors, and directors, providing advice on contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency work, including matters involving fraud and complex cross-border disputes.

The successful lawyer will join a small but reputable team, working closely with two experienced Partners. Expect exposure to high-quality work and a degree of autonomy.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring matters at a city or international firm. Commitment to the 6-month assignment is essential.
