  • Lead and manage a portfolio of insolvency and fraud investigation cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Work on some of the most interesting and complex cases (Supreme court-level cases)
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for insolvency proceedings, including liquidation, administration, and receivership.
  • Provide expert advice on insolvency law and regulations in Guernsey, the broader Channel Islands and other offshore jurisdictions.
  • Oversee the preparation of statutory documents and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Be involved in Business Development for the firm across Europe
  • Represent the firm at industry events and build strong professional networks.
  • Report into and receive guidance from the managing director based overseas

The ideal profile:

  • Professionally Qualified-ACA, CA, ACCA, or JIEB (ICAEW-recognized).
  • 10+ years in Insolvency, with a proven track record in handling complex cases.
  • Ability to manage high-value investigations with confidence.
  • Comfortable driving growth, winning new business, and expanding the firm's reach.
  • Capable of influencing stakeholders and delivering key insights.
  • A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
