Job summary

The ReKruit is seeking a dedicated Creditor Liaison Officer in the United Kingdom to be the primary contact for creditors throughout the insolvency process. You will ensure clear communication, respond promptly to inquiries, and support case progression with professional service.

Key responsibilities include managing creditor communications, processing proofs of debt, maintaining case records, and preparing statutory reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in insolvency or related financial services roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact between the firm and creditors throughout the insolvency process.
• Manage creditor communications via phone, email and letters.
• Process proofs of debt and creditor claims, and maintain case records.
• Assist with preparation/distribution of statutory reports and notices.
• Monitor voting requirements and creditor responses for meetings.
• Collaborate with Insolvency Practitioners and internal teams to ensure service standards.
