Job Description

Our team operates from the Evelyn Partners head office, fostering collaboration among 1,600 colleagues in a modern environment.

We prioritize audit quality through regular training and social events to encourage best practices and teamwork. Our office is divided into smaller pastoral care teams to foster relationships and ensure a supportive culture emphasizing wellbeing.

Role Responsibilities

  • Perform, complete, and monitor the administration of various types of insolvency case estate/client accounts and cash books to a high standard.
  • Reconcile estate/client accounts and identify unidentified entries.
  • Meet with representatives to maintain professional relationships.
  • Arrange bank account opening and closing with banking institutions efficiently.
  • Process estate/client account cheques and transfers, ensuring high attention to detail.
  • Arrange deposit investments to maximize returns.
  • Produce statutory documents aligned with statutory requirements.
  • File documentation correctly for audit and reference purposes.
  • Allocate inward payments and process payments upon receipt of backup paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a back-office processing environment of a ‘high street’ bank (Required).
  • Experience with high-volume transactions and suspense account reconciliations (Required).
  • Knowledge of banking practices, SWIFT/BIC, and domestic payment requirements.
