Job summary

Ambition in Coventry seeks an Insolvency Administrator to join its growing insolvency practice. The role offers real case ownership, exposure to CVLs, MVLs and Bankruptcy files, and the chance to work with experienced practitioners in a collaborative, supportive environment.

You will manage case progression from appointment to closure, liaise with directors and creditors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while benefiting from hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a UK insolvency practice.
• Experience handling CVLs, MVLs and Bankruptcy cases from cradle to grave.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a professional approach to stakeholder management.
• CPI studies beneficial but not essential.
• Keen to develop and progress within the insolvency profession.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of CVLs, MVLs and Bankruptcy cases from cradle to grave.
• Take ownership of case progression from appointment through to closure.
• Prepare statutory documentation, reports and correspondence.
• Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct investigations and assist with asset realisations.
• Ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements.
