Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 PQE with experience in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring.
• Ability to manage files pro-actively and supervise junior team members.
• Desire to specialise within the insolvency industry and develop market connections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct insolvency litigation, including antecedent transactions and office holder claims.
• Advise directors and stakeholders on financial difficulties and restructuring proposals.
• Draft correspondence, statements, and applications; instruct counsel as needed.
• Proactively manage a mixed caseload and contribute to business development.
