Role Overview:

  • Reporting directly to the Partner of the property team.
  • Handle a diverse property portfolio: shopping centres, care homes, buy-to-lets, and more.
  • Manage property insolvencies, ensuring adherence to the firm’s strict guidelines.
  • Oversee from initiation to conclusion, maximising stakeholder returns.
  • Engage with stakeholders, delivering consistent quality.
  • Attend marketing events, championing the firm’s vision.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong academic background.
  • Minimum three years experience; insolvency qualification a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
