A leading Accountancy Practice in Birmingham seeks an Insolvency and Advisory Manager to manage a complex portfolio and oversee a small team. The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 2 years experience in advisory work within Corporate Insolvency. Responsibilities include compliance management, team planning, and contributing to business development efforts. The role offers a salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 with benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in advisory work within Corporate Insolvency.
• Experience managing complex casework.
• Ability to conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of varied and complex casework.
• Oversee a team of up to 4 staff and plan workloads.
• Identify critical issues on cases and discuss with engagement partners.
• Manage the sale of businesses and prepare trading memorandums.
