As an Insite Stores Operative, you will be a key member of the Insite team, contributing to its success. While a background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade counter environment is preferred, full training will be provided, so don't let lack of experience deter you from applying!

We support our customers by ensuring they have all the parts, spares, and tooling they need to operate effectively, while also working hard to secure the best deals with suppliers.

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual to support the Insite Manager in developing the business. Your role will involve capitalizing on profitable sales opportunities, maintaining excellent customer care, and exceeding customer expectations whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Insite Manager in sourcing (Stock/Non-Stock) items according to customer requirements.
  2. Ensure consistent delivery of high levels of customer service.
  3. Achieve unit cost reduction savings compared to previous suppliers and OEMs.
  4. Assist other team members with inquiries and problems.
  5. Arrange site visits with preferred supply partners to identify and support value-added activities.
  6. Proactively seek sales opportunities around site leasing with all departments.
  7. Previous SAP experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
  1. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  2. Self-motivated and driven to complete tasks thoroughly.
  3. Experience in a similar role with transferable skills.
