Want to create industry-leading change and grow your career?

Due to our rapidly growing National Insite portfolio, we’re looking for a dynamic Operations Support Manager, internally known as an Insite Operations Support Manager.

As an Operations Support Manager, you will deliver best-in-class customer service aligned with our customer contractual requirements and will be a pivotal part of the Key Account Operations team, contributing to its success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering best-in-class customer service aligned with customer contractual requirements
  • Order fulfilment, stock management, MRO spares sourcing, site projects, and value creation

Ideally, you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade counter environment. However, full training will be provided, so don’t let this stop you from applying.

Flexibility is required as the role entails providing cover and support across several sites. You will mostly be based regionally with your own cluster of insites. There may be short periods away from home, possibly covering other regions’ insites, but we aim to minimize this.

You should be an excellent communicator, able to communicate at all levels, ideally with a technical bias and a good understanding of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul supply chain. Experience with sales order and stock management systems is advantageous. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across your region are essential.

If you can demonstrate all of the above, we want to hear from you!
