Insights & Research Consultant

Location: Bristol, Eastleigh, Norwich or Sheffield based (50% hybrid working)

Salary: circa £37,000

A bit about the job:

As an Insights & Research Consultant in the Protection team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality insight and analysis. You’ll help gather, prepare, and present data, support research activity, and contribute to regular reporting cycles. Your work will help the business track performance, understand customer needs, and respond to market developments.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Awareness of the UK Protection market and willingness to develop knowledge over time.
• Good understanding of basic data concepts (e.g. trends, performance metrics).
• Excellent prioritisation and planning skills.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to handling data and documents.
