Insights Research Analyst

Up to £40,000 + £3,000 bonus + benefits

Hertfordshire (Hybrid with 2 days WFH)

I’ve partnered with a dynamic scaleup based in Hertfordshire that is seeking an HR Insights Research Analyst to translate HR data into actionable strategies, aiding clients in making informed decisions. This role involves data analysis, client consulting/onboarding, and delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze survey data, identify key themes, and present insights to senior leaders.
  • Deliver executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
  • Guide leadership teams in understanding engagement trends and industry benchmarks.
  • Support clients in survey design and engagement strategy development.
  • Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to help managers act on insights.
  • Create content on client’s business trends and best practices.
  • Represent the business at events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions on engagement roadmaps.
  • Onboard and train new customers.
  • Manage client relationships.

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an Insight/Research role, preferably with HR or employee data experience.
  • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders.
  • Experience with customer onboarding.
