Key Duties

• Lead client support, manage queries, coordinate with project teams to ensure timely, budget‑conscious research delivery outcomes.
• Oversee platform services, maintain internal systems, handle administrative duties, contracts, proposals, renewals, and cost requests.
• Identify upsell opportunities, drive client growth, expand methodological knowledge, and develop commercially under director mentoring.

• Experienced client‑facing professional with SaaS background, strong survey research knowledge, commercial management expertise, and communication skills.
• Proven account leader demonstrating client growth, commercial acumen, passion for tech platforms, and effective support.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous, adaptable individual who embraces challenges, thrives in start‑up environments, is outgoing, social, and hardworking as a team member.
