Job summary

dunnhumby is looking for an Insights Enablement Lead to join our hybrid team based in Hammersmith. You will enable client success by supporting our products, tools and propositions, while shaping enablement strategy and collaborating across Insight Enablement and product teams.

Ideal candidates bring experience with stakeholder-facing groups, strong problem solving, storytelling, and the ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Experience working with CPGs, Client Success teams or other stakeholder-facing groups.
• Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Able to balance responsiveness with proactivity and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Shape longer-term enablement strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Define and evolve enablement propositions and approaches.
• Frame problems and identify solutions in ambiguous contexts.
• Identify opportunities to improve propositions and prioritise by value and effort.
• Balance planning, design and hands-on problem solving.
• Join the dots across initiatives, stakeholder needs and product developments to ensure enablement activity is relevant and effective.
• Champion new ways of working, including the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Insight Enablement and wider teams to optimise delivery for clients.
