INSIGHTS ANALYTICS MANAGER – ESSTENTIAL SKILLS

• 3 to 5 years of analytics experience
• Experience managing the development of data-driven insights, ideally using proprietary or complex behavioural data sources
• Strong ability to craft engaging, narrative-led outputs that drive client conversations, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership
• Proven track record of supporting business development and client retention through insightful trend analysis and story development
• Demonstrated capability in managing and improving insight delivery processes, including scheduling, systems, and workflow optimisation
