INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS MANAGER - FULL TIME, LONDON

This position oversees Insights across END. You will be the key contact for all things related to Analytics, including Digital, Customer, and Brand. The high-level focus of this role is to drive actionable insight from our data sources through reporting, analytics, and research.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring all business functions are kept aware and informed of relevant insights and analytics.
  2. Leading on customer-based insights.
  3. Highlighting and promoting the importance of effective analytics implementation and measurement for all new site functionality and initiatives.
  4. Driving and maintaining a customer-led mentality.
  5. Responding to a fast paced and changing environment.
  6. Driving ongoing site optimisation strategies.
  7. Managing and developing external relationships and third parties.
  8. Managing and maintaining internal relationships with Directors, Heads of and Senior Managers.
  9. Supporting digital, customer and research activities.
  10. Maintaining the quality and effectiveness of regular reporting, including:
    Site performance metrics across domestic and international digital channels and platforms
    Customer base monitoring
    Forecasting
    Segmentation
    Multichannel analysis
    Marketing attribution
    Competitor benchmarking and market share performance
    Digital marketing performance
    Onsite user journey and behaviour, and drivers of conversion.

Skills and experience

  1. Experience of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tool, SQL, Tableau or similar BI tool.
  2. A passion for Insight and Analytics, and an understanding of how data can be exploited to drive competitive advantage.
  3. Strong experience analysing digital and customer-level data.
  4. Excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to convert and communicate data to a wide range of audiences.
  5. The ability to identify and understand complex business challenges and opportunities, and to translate these into analytical questions. Conversely, the know-how to take analytical data from multiple sources and create a set of recommendations.
  6. Demonstrated skills to build and maintain strong relationships across the business.
  7. Experience managing external partners and third-party suppliers.
  8. Advanced excel skills.
  9. A consumer-oriented focus.
  10. A good understanding of data science or statistics.
  11. Educated to a degree level, ideally in mathematics, statistics, economics, management sciences or similar.
