Job Description:

Insights Analyst (Research Executive)

Central London

Are you a curious mind with a knack for data and a passion for creative content? Looking to pivot your early career into the exciting world of ResTech? A fast-growing insights technology company, based in Central London, is on the lookout for an Insights Analyst to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a company shaping how leading brands use real-time consumer feedback to fine-tune their creative strategies.

In this role, you'll sit at the heart of insight generation – supporting a talented Customer Success team to transform raw consumer data into clear, actionable insights. You'll be working closely with experienced colleagues across research, product, and creative disciplines, contributing to projects that blend quantitative data analysis with strategic thinking.

You’ll spend the majority of your time in person with the team – either in their riverside HQ in Central London or on their client side in Shoreditch (a global and well-loved creative agency!). This setup gives you invaluable face time with senior professionals and the chance to learn how leading creative and research teams operate day to day!

No two days are the same. You might be analysing user feedback from a new product launch, crafting a smart survey for a brand campaign, onboarding new clients onto the platform, or brainstorming new ways to improve the user experience. You’ll also help build reports that bring clarity and creativity to the insights storytelling process – helping brands make better decisions, faster.

The ideal candidate will be naturally analytical but also a great communicator – someone who can spot patterns in data but also ask smart questions and contribute ideas. Ideally, with 1 year of experience (Graduate Trainee Scheme at a reputable research agency or management consultancy) under your belt, what matters most is your curiosity, your love of insight, and your desire to grow in a dynamic, innovative environment.

This role is perfect for someone who feels stifled by the structure of a large agency and is ready to thrive in a more agile, collaborative start-up environment.

What you’ll need:

  • Solid understanding of data handling – ideally confident with Excel and basic analysis
  • A curious, critical thinker who loves exploring why people think and behave the way they do
  • Some exposure to research methods (qual or quant) – from uni or early work experience
  • Clear communicator – able to bring insight to life in written or visual formats
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • A proactive attitude and collaborative spirit

What’s on offer:

  • A salary of £28,000–£30,000 depending on experience
  • The chance to be part of a growing ResTech company at an exciting stage of scale-up
  • Hybrid working – but mostly in-office with senior team members for learning and exposure
  • Training and mentoring from experienced researchers and strategists
  • Learning and development budget
  • Social events and a collaborative, inclusive work culture

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow quickly in the research and insights world – particularly at the intersection of tech, creativity, and consumer understanding.
