Insights Analyst - Charity - FULLY REMOTE

Understanding Recruitment NFP is partnering with Animals Asia, a leading charity dedicated to creating positive change for animals across Asia, to find a talented Insight Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their Data, Technology and Insight team and contribute to data-driven decision-making in the Supporter Engagement Department.

As an Insight Analyst at Animals Asia, you'll analyze complex datasets, identify actionable insights, and deliver strategic recommendations that support their impactful mission. You'll work closely with colleagues to build dashboards (primarily using Tableau) and communicate key findings to stakeholders. Your skills in SQL and data visualisation are crucial for their work.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, including Google Sheets and Google Meets.
• Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for colleagues of all technical abilities.
• Position: Permanent (Fully Remote)
• Salary: £40,000 per annum
• Location: Home-based, ideally UK
