Consumer Insights is the fastest growing business unit at Reward and driving this growth is Reward's Intelligence Suite, a range of data & insight products targeted at retailers and retail adjacent businesses, helping them understand and grow the value of their customers. These products are built using Reward's Consumer Insight panel, which covers purchase behaviour for over 10% of the UK population. Our clients use our products to better understand their customers, track competitive opportunities and risks in their market, identify new retail locations and improve marketing campaign efficiency.
To continue on our growth trajectory, we're looking for an experienced and proven Sales Director to help grow our retailer client base. You will be focused on delivering new clients and against stretching revenue targets, managing the end-to-end sales process. Leads will come from our existing retail clients and from your own network and outreach. You'll work with product specialists to align the needs of the client to the right mix of products & services and work with our legal teams to negotiate and finalise commercial and contractual terms.
This is a newly created role, working as part of a small, but ambitious team, selling products that have recently launched to market, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working alone and bringing new ideas to the table. There is significant scope to build new processes and shape the future of Reward as a global leader in the data & insights space.
