About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Insight Manager - Customer Communications Deliveryto joinourResearch and Insight team. The team helps the Society send the right messages to customers and partners through different channels like email, text, and mail. We make sure the data behind these messages is accurate, timely, and supports our goals. The number and complexity of messages we send is growing every year, so its important our team has enough people and support to handle the workload.

Working with Stakeholders and Managing Data

Youll work closely with teams, mainly in Marketing, Product and Digital to identify what data is needed and how to source it, prior to delivery for customer and broker communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and deliver the right datato help target the appropriate audience.
  • Build and maintain clear processesfor handling data safely and correctly.
  • Follow rules and policiesto keep sensitive data secure and manage risks.
  • Build stakeholder relationships, working confidently with senior colleagues
  • Continuing to identify and drive process improvements, both within and outside of the team
  • Shaping the future strategic solution for communications delivery
  • Support post-delivery reviews by measuring the impact of communications and evaluating effectiveness.

Role Location:Coventry, Manchester Hybrid Working. 1 day a week in the Coventry office

About You

To be successful in this role youll have the ability to challenge existing ways of working and push communication delivery forward to ensure continuous improvement.

Essential Experience Will Be

  • Confidence to challenge and move forward the communications delivery agenda
  • Experience of working on a project and drive it forward by engaging with the right people
  • A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience of analysing and interpreting data, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Hands on experience of large datasets and management best practice
  • A versatile and highly organised individual, able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
  • A team player who works collaboratively, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable experience will be:

  • SQL, Cognos and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and awareness of the financial services industry, customers & regulation
  • Knowledge of CBS customer data
