Want to change how the world\'s biggest brands measure what works on social? This VC-backed measurement tech company has grown 20x in two years. It captures real-time feedback from the people who actually see the ads and uses it to help advertisers answer three questions: what happened, why it happened and what to do next. They\'re now looking for an Insight Lead to join their growing Insights team. This is a senior, hands-on and highly consultative role. You\'ll be the go-to strategic advisor on key accounts. You\'ll challenge senior client thinking, shape big decisions and turn complex data into stories that change how campaigns run.
Responsibilities:
- Own the most complex, high-value social campaign measurement studies from start to finish. You\'ll take each one from brief through survey design, set-up and data collection (with the Paid Media team) to analysis, final report and senior client debrief.
- Be the expert voice on the "why". Test client hypotheses, unpick what drove campaign performance, and build bold "what next" plans covering creative, targeting and distribution across the funnel.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Influence their strategy, manage expectations and build long-term partnerships.
- Raise the bar on research quality. Shape methodology, survey design standards and best practice across the Insights team.
- Coach and guide Insight Managers and Senior Insight Managers on studies, storytelling and client delivery.
- Work closely with the Client Strategy team to spot growth opportunities and expand key accounts.
- Give expert input to sales, product, tech and marketing, and help shape a platform that automates insight and gives clients self-serve tools.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in an insight or research role (ideally in social, marketing or media), including time spent leading studies and clients on your own
- Strong experience in campaign effectiveness, advertising or brand research (brand lift is a big plus)
- A confident, consultative style and a track record of advising and influencing senior stakeholders
- Advanced quantitative research and survey design skills, and a point of view on methodology
- Excellent data analysis, Excel, deck-building and presenting skills
- A talent for turning complex data into plain, compelling stories for non-research audiences
- Experience mentoring or guiding more junior researchers
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple senior stakeholders and projects
- A real interest in social media and influencer trends, and a willingness to learn adjacent skills such as paid media, content writing and service design
Why you\'ll love it
- Clear progression, with routes into senior Insights or Client Strategy roles
- 28 days\' holiday + bank holidays
- Hybrid working (3 days a week in a dog-friendly East London office)
- Wellbeing package, MacBook, regular socials and charity days
- Global clients across EMEA, APAC and the US
