Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh in our UK Industries Team. This is a hybrid working role, with a minimum of 3 days spent in our London office.

Marsh's Client Insight & Enablement team drives growth across our three client segments through industry-specific client engagement strategies. The team develops and delivers value propositions for 19 industry groups, combining Marsh's knowledge and capabilities, directly engaging clients and prospects, and supporting marketing efforts.

We are looking for a Sports, Entertainment & Media (SEM) Insight & Growth Associate to join our Client Insight & Enablement team within the Marsh Industries leadership.

You will be responsible for content creation, shaping client messaging, and sharing outputs internally and externally. You will establish systems for converting tacit to explicit knowledge and sharing it organization-wide to enhance our brand as trusted risk advisors. Collaboration with our SEM industries team, Global Sports & Events Practice, and other colleagues will be key to support growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will support the SEM Industry Leader and Global Sports & Events Practice Leader, liaising with the UK Client Insight & Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an Insight Manager and Growth Associate for SEM practice.
• Drive awareness and build relationships internally and externally.
• Develop value propositions and growth strategies with the SEM Industry Practice Leader.
• Enhance brand positioning as a trusted risk adviser.
• Develop and facilitate access to knowledge resources like case studies and credentials.
• Promote industry education through internal systems and strategies.
• Support MMC's initiatives to leverage knowledge for client value.
• Participate in global projects supporting the Sports & Events Practice.

Growth Enablement:

• Collaborate with the SEM team to produce insight-led content and events.
• Support opportunities for business growth and client retention.
• Identify knowledge gaps and develop content to address them.
• Contribute to joint initiatives and internal projects.

Requirements:

• Passion for sports, entertainment, and media.
• Understanding of global sports structure and issues affecting SEM sector.
• Basic risk management and insurance knowledge.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong data analysis and trend communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
