Are you expert at digging deep into vast consumer data sets to unearth hidden trends and story gems? We're looking for a curious and highly motivated Insight Analytics Managerto study and draw conclusions from rich digital behavioural data, identifying important conclusions and storylines to inform strategy, support marketing and sales, and influence how businesses understand consumer behaviour.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3 to 5 years of analytics experience who’s eager to step beyond the numbers. If you’re looking for a more creative and high-impact role where your insights might influence decisions across the App Economy and leading Consumer Tech brands - this is it. You’ll sit at the intersection of data, marketing, and business strategy, helping bring to life the full power of digital behavioural insights.

The Role:

Our offices are in Shoreditch, London and the role consists of hybrid working, where we like to be in the office for collaboration and team building and work from home whilst doing deep work.

AsInsight Analytics Manager, you will take on our new insights function, exploring RealityMine’s unique digital tracking data to locate stories that matter to our clients, prospects, and the marketplace. You will:

• Showcase how event-level digital behaviour data—from apps, web, purchases, and in-app journeys—can transform understanding of consumer life and business performance.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and client teams to develop standout insights that support marketing campaigns, pitches, and retention efforts.
• Support thought leaders: Your insights will be shared with clients, featured in the press, and used across the industry to illustrate consumer digital trends.
• Own and evolve insight delivery processes—streamlining workflows, improving quality, and building best practices.

About You:

• Build engaging, story-led outputs that power client conversations, marketing content, and industry thought leadership.
• Support business development and client retention with rich findings on trends and potential story lines
• Manage and evolve insight delivery processes, including calendars, systems, and workflow.
