The role

Emh is seeking an Insight Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support decision-making. You will analyze data related to housing operations, tenant engagement, and asset performance to support strategic initiatives and enhance our services.

You will collaborate with the ICT Quality Team to ensure thorough testing of all reports and dashboards pre-release, while performing statistical analysis, data mining, and data retrieval on large datasets to identify trends and provide in-depth insights.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Insights Analyst, preferably with a background in social housing, local government, or the public sector.

You should be a critical thinker with strong skills in identifying key trends and insights from diverse data sources.

The ideal candidate will have experience with statistical techniques such as trend analysis, segmentation, and regression analysis, and a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that influence business decisions and improve services.

Additionally, experience with SQL for building ETL pipelines and dashboards is required.
