Insider Risk Management brings together analysts and engineers to lead the Group's Insider Strategy—designing, building, and operating detection controls, and leading industry discussions.
This role offers the opportunity to:
Design and develop industry-leading insider tools to detect potential events.
Integrate AI and Machine Learning into our detection and response capabilities.
Evaluate vendor solutions to enhance our insider toolset.
Identify and implement process improvements using automation and analytics to enhance our insider risk management program.

What you’ll need:
We value strong technical backgrounds and experience in software engineering. Specifically, we are looking for:
Experience in developing high-quality, testable, reusable, and modular code using languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Java, and related APIs.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs into dynamic, data-driven front ends with ReactJS and NextJS.
Proficiency in data analysis, modeling use cases, and anomaly detection using Data Flow and BigQuery in GCP.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like GCP.
Additional useful experience includes:
Understanding AI and machine learning benefits, risks, and control designs.
Experience with GIT source code management and handling large code bases.
Familiarity with insider threat management frameworks and methodologies.
