Responsibilities
Inside Technical Sales (Manufacturing)
Location: West Suffolk
Hybrid work: 2-3 days a week in the office
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum

Main Duties:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries, proactively develop new leads, maintain the CRM system, collaborate with sales teams, and present the company’s products and capabilities across various communication platforms.
The Role:
– Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and maximizing sales opportunities.
– Research and develop leads within the European market, identifying decision-makers and building relationships.
– Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, from lead generation to closing.
– Work with the internal sales team to follow up on and convert qualified leads into sales.
– Present and demonstrate products via phone, email, webinars, and in-person meetings.
– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
– Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to support customer needs and identify new sales opportunities.
Candidate's Profile
– Degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
– Strong sales experience, ideally in a technical field.
– German language skills are a plus.
– Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lead-generation-focused environment.
– Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused.
