Budget Energy is seeking a proactive and hands-on B2C Sales Team Lead to oversee our inside sales and retention team. This role is pivotal in driving performance across our residential customer base, ensuring quality service delivery and KPI achievement, while creating a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role within a sales or contact centre environment. They will be customer-focused, results-driven, and skilled at motivating teams to reach their full potential. Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT capabilities are essential, along with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
