What You Can Expect
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will own all inside sales tasks through direct customer interactions (e.g., surgeons, hospital procurement, GPOs) and technology-enabled selling. You will represent a specific product area across the UK & Ireland, reporting to the Sales Manager of your region. Your role involves building long-term customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving sales growth. This role is part of a significant transformation within Zimmer Biomet, focusing on evolving our commercial model and embracing Next-Generation Sales Excellence.
This is an office-based role requiring presence in our Swindon office 2 days per week.
How You'll Create Impact
You will proactively identify sales opportunities, prepare tailored offers and proposals, negotiate and close contracts. You will develop account plans, engage stakeholders, and use digital channels (virtual demos, videoconferencing, online chat, calls) to present our value proposition. Maintaining accurate customer data and managing sales activities will be essential. Collaboration with multicultural and cross-functional teams will be key to success.
