Position Overview
We are seeking an Inside Sales professional for our Financial Solutions European Team.
The main responsibilities include identifying opportunities, delivering information on financial solutions, and supporting top-tier customers with pipeline management.
Main Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact responsible for managing and growing relationships, routinely engaging with assigned customers.
Create and deliver financial solutions to customers, effectively configuring, pricing, quoting, and processing requests for specific financial solutions.
Identify and analyze applicable programs, promotions, and add-ons as an advisor to build customer relationships.
Negotiate terms and manage pipeline activity to completion.
Assess the status of various business opportunities on each account, build weekly forecasts, and create and manage opportunity pipelines.
What we are looking for:
2 to 5 years of experience in selling, marketing, or promoting solutions to customers in a technical or product support role.
Experience in financial sales or inside sales is a plus.
Knowledge of products, pricing, customer service, sales, and marketing strategies.
Strong negotiation, customer service, and attention to detail skills.
Expert-level communication skills in verbal, written, sales, marketing, presentation, and interpersonal areas.
