We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in our Sales Operations team. You will interact with the WWT Account Management teams, supply partners, end-user customers, and internal support teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requirements such as quotes, orders, product info, and order tracking within specified timeframes.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of assigned accounts and OEM products/services.
  • Use WWT tools, processes, and partner applications to build and validate configurations with manufacturers like CISCO, DELL EMC, HPE, F5, VMWARE.
  • Understand supply sources and order processes.

Experience Needed:

  • B.A. in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience in IT.
  • At least two years of sales or sales support experience in IT.
  • Experience with CCW CRM tool is preferable.
  • Ability to use WWT systems, tools, and processes effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
