Position:

Inside Sales Representative in the Sales Operations team. Responsibilities include interacting with account management teams, supply partners, customers, and internal support teams.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requirements promptly (quotes, orders, information, tracking)
• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned accounts and OEM products/services
• Use WWT tools and applications to build and validate configurations with manufacturers like CISCO, DELLEMC, HPE, F5, VMWARE
• Understand supply sources and related processes

Experience Needed:

• B.A. in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent IT industry experience
• At least two years of sales/support experience in IT
• Experience with CCW CRM tool is preferred
• Proficiency with WWT systems and processes
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
