Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: London (hybrid model: office and remote work)

Role Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new agents, maintaining existing relationships, and developing sales strategies. This role involves sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communications, establishing relationships, and marketing MoneyGram’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue through phone or virtual meetings by acquiring agent information, understanding competitive requirements, and developing accounts with the sales team.
  • Sell new products and services to agents.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to follow-up actions.
  • Identify business opportunities and negotiate with agents.
  • Respond to agent inquiries effectively.
  • Develop and expand current accounts.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide agents through MoneyGram’s support structure.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Engaging personality with a passion for helping customers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
  • Relationship-building skills.
  • Data entry, Excel, and Salesforce knowledge are a plus.
