Job Description:

As our Inside Sales Representative, you will have a varied role with the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for key activities including order quoting, processing, shipping, invoicing, and sales forecasting within our Downhole Tools group.

You will be the primary contact within the inside sales team for your specific geographical area, focusing on building customer relationships and satisfaction.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  1. Actioning all requests for quotations, including pricing and sourcing options.
  2. Checking and completing order processing, from entry through to delivery.
  3. Highlighting compliance and credit restrictions during the dispatch process.
  4. Proactively updating customers throughout key points of the process, managing expectations on delivery time frames.
  5. Participating in sales team activities, assisting with revenue forecasting, customer relations, and sales development.
