Responsibilities
  • Manage orchestration of multiple department inputs for organization of various Bids & Proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Engineering Team on large Bids & Proposals
  • Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and capabilities.
  • Providing initial quotations and offering technical guidance to customers.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or suggesting alternative solutions
The day-to-day
  • Acting as the main point of contact for large Bids & Proposals.
  • Bring creative approach to improving customer’s overall Bids & Proposals experience
  • Acting as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Processing orders, generating quotations, and preparing sales proposals.
  • Managing and updating sales and customer records within CRM systems.
  • Assisting with sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving their sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing large, complex Bids & Proposals.
  • Proven ability to organize and execute Bids & Proposals where multiple Department inputs are required
  • Strong administrative background, ideally in internal sales within the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and coordinate across different teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant business systems and a solid understanding of sales and quality procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
