Role Purpose:

The purpose of this Inside Sales role at Sonova is to promote the full range of Phonak hearing aids, wireless accessories and business support tools to Specsavers, NHS Hospitals and local education authorities. Inside Sales work closely with customers, both individuals and healthcare professionals, to understand their needs, provide information about Sonova's hearing solutions, and guide them through the sales process.

About The Role:
  • Customer Engagement: Interacting with customers via phone, email, or online platforms to address their inquiries, provide product information, and assist with their purchase decisions. Inside Sales representatives build rapport with customers, understand their requirements, and offer suitable solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Actively identifying and pursuing potential leads for Sonova's products and services. This may involve conducting market research, cold calling, following up on marketing campaigns, and leveraging customer databases to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to provide support throughout the sales cycle. Inside Sales representatives assist with preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and addressing any customer concerns or issues that arise during the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of Sonova's hearing solutions, including hearing aids, wireless accessories, and related technologies. Inside Sales representatives stay up to date with product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits and features of Sonova's offerings to customers.
  • CRM Management: Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management. Inside Sales representatives ensure data integrity and use CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and sales performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Inside Sales representatives may collaborate on marketing campaigns, provide feedback on customer needs, and share insights from customer interactions to improve sales strategies.

About You:
  • Education: High school or equivalent
  • Experience: Experience in selling products remotely and generating revenue
  • Familiarity with sales CRM systems & MS-Office applications
  • Possess excellent presentation skills to lead virtual and in person meetings
  • Planning and organisational skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • > 2 years’ experience working within sales, marketing or account management within a B2B environment
  • Profound knowledge working with Salesforce and MS-Office applications
