You’ll work closely with vendors and distributors, delivering a polished, customer-centric experience while identifying new opportunities and guiding clients toward tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales Representative
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound enquiries, conduct cadence meetings, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Proactive Sales: Drive new business through outreach, upselling, and vendor engagement.
  • Sales Operations: Manage quoting, order processing (especially over GBP2,500), and ensure 95% quote-to-order conversion.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and support BI-integrated reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with procurement, technical, and sales teams.
  • Strategic Input: Stay informed on market trends and represent XMA professionally at events.
What We’re Looking For: Inside Sales Representative
  • Essential:
    • Level 3 qualifications (A-levels or equivalent) including English and Maths
    • Proven success in sales and target-driven environments
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable with lead qualification, outbound calls, and closing deals
    • Familiarity with IT products (such as cloud services, networking, cybersecurity or hardware/software solutions) and sales processes
  • Desirable:
    • Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT
    • Experience with VARs/MSPs and IT distribution models
    • CRM proficiency and consultative selling skills
    • Diagnosing client pain points and aligning solutions
