Description:

WSC Lighting Systems (Wharton Sales Co Ltd) is searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join us as an important member of our Sales Organization. This is an excellent career opportunity with a progressive lighting manufacturer sales agency. Duties include:

• Receiving inbound RFQs to format and generate Quotations
• Fielding and responding to inquiries in regards to quoting and specs
• Entering Quotes to Quotation System
• Assisting other Customer Support / Quotation Specialists
• Working with distributors, contractors, and manufacturers to compile bill of material for prospective projects
• Making pricing recommendations based on project requirements and competition
• Checking inventory for product availability and verifying prices
• Providing technical information
• Following up with customers over the phone to close and win jobs

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Polished Customer Service capabilities
• PC literacy, including ability to work with Microsoft Office programs
• High attention to detail and very strong organizational skills
• Knowledge in fields of Construction, Engineering or Electrical with ability to read and interpret specifications a valuable asset
