Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a world-renowned Paper Company with UK sales offices around the Greater London area. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours: 08.30 until 17.30. The role offers the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. It reports to the Inside Sales Manager and is open to Paper Sales Candidates from either Paper Merchant or Paper Mill Sales backgrounds.

Training

Training is provided in company systems and product knowledge. It is expected that up to 3 weeks or more from appointment will be office-based during training.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales orders from entry to delivery, entering data into the SAP system.
• Update monthly sales plans.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of order processing from receipt to delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and make offers in cooperation with Front Line Sales and BU Sales Directors.
• Collaborate with Front Line Sales to maximize customer sales potential.
• Coordinate with Business Units on product and service quality, and support marketing activities.
• Manage order entry, production follow-up, shipments, deliveries, and sales.
• Maintain contact with BU’s regarding shipments.
• Coordinate with hauliers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain good relations with designated customers and update customer master data.
• Keep pricing SLA and Rebate agreements current, including monthly forecasts and deviation reports.
• Follow up daily on sales systems and conduct inventory management.
• Support claims handling in cooperation with Business Units, Technical Sales Support, and Logistics, updating master data in CRM and creating visit reports as needed.
