A leading company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Glasgow. The role involves driving sales of Caterpillar Machinery, conducting outbound calls, and managing the sales process to provide exceptional customer experiences. Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to new and existing customers.
Help manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to machine delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey, working seamlessly with the TAM’s.
Host and engage walk-in customers at the retail store, offering product demonstrations.
Promote marketing campaigns, events, and special offers to drive customer interest.
Maintain accurate customer records and machine data in CRM systems to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Collaborate with the Field Sales team to qualify leads and support wider sales efforts.
Achieve sales leads through an agreed volume of outbound calls, customer retention, and satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a proactive outbound B2B sales environment.
Strong selling skills and a professional telephone manner.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for success.
Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
