Inside Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Are you a driven sales professional with B2B telesales experience in logistics? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to help grow and manage our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities via telesales.
  2. Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio, identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and support credit checks.
  4. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  5. Support the Business Development strategy and sales teams.

Key Skills & Experience

  1. Experience in B2B telesales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
  2. Strong knowledge of air and ocean freight (import/export).
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  4. CRM proficiency and ability to work within a structured sales process.
  5. Fluent in English and local language.
