Job Description:
  • Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to new and existing customers, converting leads into sales.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to machine delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

  • Host and engage walk-in customers at the retail store, offering product demonstrations and closing sales.

  • Promote marketing campaigns, events, and special offers to drive customer interest and sales.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and machine data in CRM systems to support marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Field Sales team to qualify leads and support wider sales efforts.

  • Achieve call, lead generation and opportunity conversion targets

  • Proven experience in a proactive outbound B2B sales environment.

  • Strong selling skills and a professional telephone manner.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
