GENERAL SUMMARY

The position of Inside Sales & Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting sales in closing pipeline sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Own the quote to cash process as outlined below.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Lead Generation and Follow Through

• Gain access to decision makers in untapped verticals and make contact
• Ensure leads are distributed in an accurate and timely manner
• Work with Regional Managers (RMs) to confirm leads are distributed to the appropriate partner(s)

Quoting

• Support RMs quoting process as follows:
• Direct quote low complexity (<$10,000) opportunities
• Communicate customer project needs to Applications Team
• Review Applications Team layouts (designs) for accuracy
• Assure project details are understood on large projects so RMs can quote effectively
• Work directly at times with channel partners to quote projects

Project / Installation Coordination

• Track all projects that include installation
• Work with RMs to decide which installation partner(s)/method(s) will best suit each opportunity
• Create request for quote(s) with installation partner(s)
• Track and assist in execution steps of installation including but not limited to RFQs to partner(s), POs for installation, coordination of end users and installers, closing and accurate invoicing of installation business

Technical Resource

• Become a Fall Prevention product expert
• Assist customers, field sales representatives, and internal team members with technical questions

Other Duties

• Research and prepare reports as required
• Approximately 10% travel is required of this position
• Other duties as assigned
