Inside Sales Manager - based at Head Office in Isleworth

The role:

Our client, Robot Coupe, one of the largest manufacturers of state-of-the-art catering equipment, is looking for an ambitious, effective, and experienced customer sales/service office manager to join their dynamic team.

Leading from the front, you and your team of 4 (including internal sales and customer service associates) will provide invaluable support internally and externally. You will be the first point of contact for customers, mainly from the hospitality sector, including end users and distributors. Additionally, you will support the external sales team, marketing, accounts, warehouse, service department, and senior leadership.

Your daily tasks will include processing orders and quotes, credit notes, booking demo requests, sending invoices, distributing sales reports, arranging equipment collections, and initial contact for sales inquiries.

You must be an effective communicator, excellent problem solver, natural relationship builder, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers and colleagues.

The Person:

If you are passionate about customer service and sales, skilled in managing office operations and leading a team, and possess the following experience, this could be the perfect opportunity:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Live within commuting distance to Isleworth.

The Package:

The successful candidate will benefit from:

  • Basic salary up to £35,000-£55,000 (+ £5,000 commission).
