About the Role:
Excelerate360 is seeking a driven and experienced German-speaking Inside Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time basis for a 6-month contract. This role involves working on a high-impact client campaign, driving outbound sales across the DACH region, engaging with decision-makers, and contributing to revenue growth.
Your Role:
- Drive outbound sales by identifying and engaging high-growth companies within the DACH market.
- Execute prospecting and inside sales activities across defined geographies, verticals, and personas.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Understand prospect needs and challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Maintain and grow a sales pipeline with strategic follow-up.
- Balance short-term wins with long-term client relationships.
- Track sales activity in Salesforce CRM and meet campaign KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Managers, Research, and Operations.
- Provide updates and insights through reporting and review meetings.
Requirements:
- Fluent German language skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in new business development, especially selling enterprise solutions or subscriptions.
- Background in SaaS, content licensing, IP, or similar industries is advantageous.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate ROI effectively.
- Experience with large organizations, including Fortune 1000 companies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools like Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and team-oriented approach.
- This is a fixed-term 6-month contract.
- You must be based in the UK.
