Inside Sales Executive – Reading

Salary Range: £25,000 – £30,000 pa

Reading 3 days per week on site

Inside Sales Executive Main Goal

To meet or exceed the monthly sales targets by proactively promoting the business's range of ICT, Content Services, and MPS Solutions. Build strong customer relationships to maximize the portfolio and lifetime value to the customer. The role reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager and aligns within the sales organizational structure.

The focus market includes both existing and new business across all sectors: Commercial, Corporate, and Public Sector. The role ensures all sales opportunities utilize the entire portfolio of annuity or subscription services, hardware, software, and professional services.

This desk-based inside sales role involves selling solutions, services, and products to existing customers and new prospects via telephone, online meetings, or written communications.

Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
  • Focus on new business development.
  • Proactively sell selected Content Services, ICT, and MPS Products & Solutions.
  • Identify decision-makers within target customers and prospects.
  • Utilize resource tools including, but not limited to, Business Generation Support, marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Respond to Service desk tickets (e.g., Mobiles and T&M tickets).
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns.
  • Call targeted markets to promote key products and services.
  • Handle all business solutions renewals below £20K.
  • Develop day-to-day relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
