CHEP UK Limited is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to support growth by identifying and progressing new sales opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering a smooth onboarding experience.
You'll work within the commercial team, handle inquiries by phone and email, create and manage contracts, use Salesforce and SAP, and contribute to revenue growth with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

The Inside Sales Executive plays a key role in supporting the organisation's growth ambitions by identifying, qualifying, and progressing new sales opportunities. Working as part of the wider commercial team, the role focuses on generating new business leads, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer onboarding experience. The successful candidate will adopt a proactive, growth-focused mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and account development activities.
Ensure new customers are onboarded efficiently and effectively, delivering a positive customer experience. Act as the voice of the customer, identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery. Challenge existing ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute ideas to improve sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. Help identify and remove barriers that may impact team or business performance.
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for: Negotiating and securing new customer contracts. Recommending the most appropriate products and services based on customer requirements. Contributing to process improvement initiatives and larger business projects.
