Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking to kickstart or advance your career in technology sales? Wavenet is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to support our sales and marketing functions, playing a key role in driving business growth.

About the Role:

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will engage with existing and potential customers over the phone, promoting Wavenet’s portfolio of technology solutions. Your goal will be to secure qualified sales meetings, drive new business opportunities, and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve KPIs aligned with sales and marketing goals
  • Follow up on campaigns and business development opportunities
  • Support account managers in identifying growth areas
  • Assist in planning and strategising campaigns using Salesforce data
  • Book and oversee sales meetings with potential clients
  • Collaborate with technology vendors for call-out days and initiatives
  • Develop knowledge through Wavenet’s Sales Academy

Qualifications:

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in telephone sales or customer service (preferred but not essential)
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong IT skills: Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and positive telephone manner
  • Ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
  • Organisational skills and teamwork ability
